In this article, we discuss the best radiator dirt bike fan kits on the market.
Dirt biking is really one of the best things in the world….
Dirt biking is slow and while it’s hot is uh well a different story. Especially for your dirt bike. If you like the heat and like doing hard enduro or riding in the gnarly terrain, cooling your bike is something you need to do.
When you are going slow you are not getting enough airflow around your radiators to cool down the coolant. This will result in that distinctive sweet coolant smell.

How to avoid your dirt bike from boiling over?
Just ride faster right?
Well maybe for some of you guys and gals, but some of the time I just cannot go fast enough to keep er cooled down. Some of the gnarly mountain singletrack we have around here are high altitude and it gets into the 90F’s.
This results in a boil over.
Yes you can put in better coolant in your dirt bike radiators which is a great idea but what if there was a way no matter how fast or slow you go to pull air past your radiator fins to keep things cooler.
Why your dirt bike needs a radiator fan?
To keep your dirt bike cool….
No matter how talented you are or not so talented a fan kit will keep your dirt bike MUCH cooler. While 4 strokes run much hotter than a 2 stroke the concept still applies.
Not only will you be able to stay out there riding longer, but your dirt bike will also love you and last longer. Extreme heat puts a lot of wear and tear on dirt bike motors.
KEEP THEM COOL.
Can you put a radiator dirt bike fan kit on any dirt bike?
No.
If your dirt bike does not have a big enough stator or battery it’s pretty tough to get a radiator fan on your dirt bike. Is it possible yes but unless you have some experience with electric wiring then I would stay away.
Most dirt bikes that have electric start are able to push a fan kit with no problem.
